The Canfield Fair Make plans to attend the 165th Edition of the Canfield Fair, Wednesday August 31st through Labor Day 2011. No charge is made for the educational and beautiful exhibits, as well as stage entertainment, fruit and vegetable displays, fine and domestic art, 4-H and Scout booths, exhibits and Educational Building displays.
