International Parenting Association International Parenting Association (I.P.A.) is a parenting organization that supports enlightened parenting, beginning with pregnancy, and that fosters early learning with right brain and whole brain learning methods that can be applied in the home. I.P.A. is a free, Internet Parenting Resource publishing two Internet magazines. Child Genius Magazine focuses on early learning. Accelerated learning techniques, such as the Montessori method, the Doman method, and that of Dr. Makoto Shichida, are explored. In addition, I.P.A. provides the public with free learning materials, I.P.A. NewsLine, focuses on total child development and family health, with emphasis on acquisition of parenting skills.
