During Your stay, Job skills in a classroom setting are part of Your on the job training in diverse phases of business up to and including management and ownership of businesses You have built, managed and operate.
In the beginning months of residency, The Veteran will also assist in training Companion Dogs, Therapy Dogs and Service Dogs that in turn assist individuals who have a wide range of physical and or cognitive disabilities. The partnership between human and canine increases their independence and quality of life , while at the same time sparing the life of an abandoned shelter dog.
