Rabbi Kogan - Certified Mohel Rabbi Kogan became a medical doctor in Argentina in 1995 , after studying at the University of Buenos Aires, ,School of Medicine and doing internship at Baylor School of Medicine , in Houston, Texas. Rabbi Kogan became a Mohel in 1997 in Jerusalem, at the Bichur Cholim Hospital under the supervision of the Mohel Josef Halperin. Rabbi Kogan has performed circumcisions in Israel, Argentina and in the United States of America. He was ordained as a reform rabbi in May, 2003.
