We provide services prior to conviction, post conviction, and also programming and specialized supervision. Pre-conviction services allow an individual to be released from jail provided they qualify for and agree to the terms of the release. Post Conviction service is determined at sentencing. Judicial Abuse in Minnesota Courts, Earl Beddow This web site has been created to help illustrate and promote the need for equity in our American judicial system, especially as it pertains to family court. We believe that this web site exposes behaviors and attitudes that exemplify what is wrong with a system that puts more value on money and power than it does on the best interests of children, families and society.
