IFDC CATALIST Project The CATALIST Project (Catalyze Accelerated Agricultural Intensification for Social and Environmental Stability) is a five-year regional activity from October 2006-September 2011, funded by the Dutch Government and implemented by IFDC, an International Center for Soil Fertility and Agricultural Development. Field headquarters are located in Kigali, Rwanda, and in addition to Rwanda the project will work on agricultural intensification and trade in Burundi and Eastern Congo, where country offices are established, but only on agricultural trde in southern Uganda and western Tanzania.
