Loeber of Loeber cats were created about 20 years ago from the late 1980s to the early 1990s. They were made from real Tibetan/Mongolian kinky curly sheep/goat/lamb hair fur, hand painted hard ceramic molded faces, and glass taxidermy eyes. They came in various hand dyed fur colors (apricot, black, blue, beige, brown, calico, cream/creme, gold, gray/grey, lavendar/lavender, lilac, magenta, marmalade, mauve, off-white, orange, peach, pink, purple, red, rust, salmon, silver, tan, tuxedo, white, etc.) measure approximately 24 inches head to toes, are undressed (all fur) or dressed (Ballerina, Bride, Groom, Puss N' Boots, Santa Claus, Victorian, etc.), and are either 5-way jointed (neck, shoulders, and hips like Teddy bears) or non-jointed (pillow style).
