New Mainline Zumba/Dance Fitness Class! In a one hour Zumba class, you can burn up to 1000 calories while enjoying moves to Latin, Hip Hop, International and Pop music. Routines are patterned in intervals using a variation of hi/lo impact cardio and core building fitness moves - roughly 16 routines in one hour. We do similar fitness/dance moves from week to week while the music varies to keep it fresh and exciting.
