Metro Detroit Officials Association The MDOA is an Approved Officials organization with the MHSAA. The purpose of the MDOA is to recruit and train new officials developing their skills so that they may become competent high school officials in addition to refining the skills of the more experienced officials in preparation for Varsity High School Tournament Competition and assignments. The MDOA does not assign games, however the assigners listed on our website agree to consider the MDOA and its members when they are making the assignments.
