Nanokapsel BioLog GmbH has developed a patented technology for the production of nanoparticles from modified oligomers, polysaccharides and polyglucans. With a special nanoparticle reactor BioLog is able to offer dry nanoparticles and microparticles in sizes from 40nm up to 500 µm as well as nanocoatings and -capsules. Because these particles are bodycompatible and degradable carriers they are particularly suitable as drug-delivery-systems for hormones, vitamins, antibiotics and anaesthetica.
