Franco, from the Italian island of Sardinia had worked in restaurants and hotels both in Italy and England. Were a friendly, family-run establishment that has grown along with the community. We dont claim to be anything were not. We know all the ingredients that go into our cooking and make our own dough for the pizzas and bread and our own sauces for the pasta, meat and fish dishes. We have a great value house wine (litre bottle) and a wine list to suit all tastes and pockets. There is also a good selection of soft drinks, bottled beers, spirits and liqueurs.
