Petler Photography -- Park City Utah I'm Scott Petler, I'm a photographer living in Park City Utah. I love to use my cameras and skills to take unique pictures of events and people. My favorite place to be is outdoors, especially in the beautiful surroundings here in Park City. I've posted some of my recent work on this website, but have much more that I have left off. Some of the galleries have watermarks on them, be assured that when you order prints that the watermark won't be there, it is only for the website.I've been a professional photographer for over 30 years, my equipment has evolved during that time; I use multiple Canon Digital SLR cameras now. For sporting events I use several Canon 1D Mark II N camera bodies and for full frame scenic shots and indoor events I use a Canon 5D and 5D Mark II. My lens selection includes the following Canon professional L series lenses: 16-35mm f/2.8L24mm f/3.5L Tilt/Shift35mm f/1.4L28-70mm f/2.8L85mm f/1.2L200mm f/1.8L70-200mm f/2.8L IS400mm f/4.0 DO IS400mm f/2.8 LI also use a number of Canon 550EX flashes equipped with PocketWizard wireless controllers when available light is insufficient for my needs.I love to explore the technical aspects of photography, as an electronic and computer engineer, I enjoy using both photoshop and linux to create panoramas and animations. The shot at the top of the page is an animation of snow falling, unfortunately the web host for this site seems to disable the animation of the snow falling.
