This offshoot of the Mass Observation Movement deconstructs common social conditions and rebuilds representational symbols into interpretive structures. My work evolves from a minute exploration of the ordinary: homelessness, war, the economy, and unemployment. Symbols of these everyday encounters are combined into grids, multiples, and repetitive images.
