Medonis Engineering Welcome to Medonis Engineering, seller of the Maxwell robot head kit. Maxwell is an animatronic robot head, meant to enable experiments in human robot interaction. The robot head has RC servos, and an RS232 servo controller, combined with a Windows software program. This software uses SAPI to provide computer speech synthesis and real time lip sync to the robot. Also, a variety of power products using DC-DC converter technology help make the power connections of this robot simpler. The latest research effort is in moving the control software onto the Macintosh, using OS X and a Mac Mini to provide the embedded control of Mark's own Maxwell Robot.
