Saranam Retreat Center Saranam is a private retreat center in northeastern West Virginia. Established primarily for the use of our sangha, a group with whom we have practiced meditation and held Zen retreats for ten years, Saranam is also used for yoga, massage, Tibetan healing, and journaling workshops, and for personal retreats. The facility is quiet and comfortable, and sleeps up to eighteen people in dorm-style rooms.
