Santa Clara Youth Soccer League The Santa Clara Youth Soccer League is a member of the US Youth Soccer (USYS) participating in USYS Region IV, California Youth Soccer Association (CYSA-N) and District II. The league offers four levels of soccer: Class 4 Recreational soccer, Class 3 Comp Soccer, Class 1 Select Soccer, and TOP Soccer provides a youth soccer experience for children with special needs.
