San Francisco Bay Area Council - SFBAC-NYLT The San Francisco Bay Area Council offers a week-long high-level, high-energy youth leadership training: the National Youth Leader Training. Formerly called Brownsea or Brownsea-NYLT, it is now known as SFBAC-NYLT. It is directed to Boy Scouts who will be moving into senior troop leadership positions as well as to Venturers.
