She finds inspiration everywhere, from dreams to the grocery store to nature to books to (yes) even television. She tends to work in acrylic on canvas, usually over a layer of newsprint, and has lately taken to using buttons, ribbon, shards of glass, and her own black-and-white photographs collaged into her pieces.
