Brownwood Life Care Center was established in 1986 as a privately-owned, Intermediate Care Facility for the Mentally Retarded (ICF/MR). We are licensed by the Arkansas Department of Human Services, Office of Long Term Care, to provide residential and habilitation services to children with severe physical and mental handicaps.We are also certified by the Arkansas Department of Education to provide special education services to our school-aged clients.
