Turtle Conservancy The Turtle Conservancy is a nonprofit scientific and educational organization dedicated to the conservation of turtles and tortoises around the world. Since 2005 the conservancy has supported a highly successful breeding program at the Behler Chelonian Center along with many other in-situ research projects, adding to knowledge of chelonians.
