More than 20% of the staff are educated with BS, MSc and PhD that provides a suitable conditions in practical research and development affairs, as a result of these practical and scientific efforts, Alvan company was awarded the R&D license from Ministry of industry and mines in 2005 and has completed many practical paint projects successfully.Accessing to valuable human resource capitals in the form of practical research groups, export and import market researches, production planning, raw material procurement and quality control are the main interorganisational supporting assets that together with the faithful customers as the valuable treasures of the company have brought so much honors to the company.
