Psalm 40 Ministries This website was created by Donna Martonfi for her ministry - Psalm 40 Ministries. Psalm 40 Ministries was founded and chartered in 1997. Donna is an ordained minister with the Association of Evangelical Gospel Assemblies (AEGA). Through her testimony, ministry and autobiography Donna has lead many to Jesus and she has helped many others to be delivered from fear and set free from bondage.
