Before we reach this place, we often undergo a period of great pain, darkness, or heartbreak.

opportunity to blossom, which can be viewed as extremely frightening; literally a jump into
the unknown. We also have the option to stay where we are, and live the rest of our lives with
our feelings of grief, fear, loss, suffering, and the beliefs in our stories that we have
