Psepta.Com: Pine Shadows Elementary PTA - What is the PTA? - A non-profit organization with an executive committee that arranges special events and activities to supplement the academic program and enhance the school's sense of community. - A liaison to encourage and facilitate communication between families and the school's administration, staff and School Board. - A vehicle for fundraising to help meet expenditures not covered by the school, with some proceeds used to purchase special gifts for the school. We're all very busy with family, work and myriad other obligations.
